We Took Our Time...
After experimenting with various methods, we formulated a model for estate agency that will breathe new life into a sector that has long been strained by poor service, or high expense, or both.
Eliminate Middle Men
As well as real estate professionals, our team consists of the following professionals: gas engineer, plumber, electrician, decorator, housekeeper, photographer, inventory clerk, interior designer, graphic designer and I.T. technician. Most of our team members are qualified to do two of the above, in fact.
With all these professions brought in-house, there will be no need for middlemen and no need for additional expense.
Eliminate Friction
We’ve developed a work model that breaks down barriers and promotes fruitful interaction between landlord, tenant, and “tradesperson”. We do this by being fully invested in all properties we find tenants for. But also by being always present for residents and for neighbours.
We aim to bring back a healthy measure of informality and personal connection.
We’re neither a traditional high street agent with very high fees, an elaborate process and an even more elaborate legal contract; nor are we an online agency with a cheap rate and a razor-thin service, and when push comes to shove, lots of hidden fees suddenly come to the fore.
You’ll Probably See Us Around More than Your Neighbour
Because we operate only in selected blocks, we’re always in and around our clients’ properties. That’s why even long after we’ve completed negotiations with a tenant and had them moved in, we’ll still be on first-name terms with them.
And every time we meet them, we’ll be asking them if there was anything in their property they needed help with. And without rigid formalities, if the issue mentioned can be easily rectified (or the tenant shown how to operate it properly!), we’ll just get on with it and do it!
